One of the Six Key Components in the EOS Model, this is getting everyone in the organization on the same page with where you’re going and exactly how you plan to get there. To be 100% strong in the Vision Component, first work with the leadership team to answer the eight questions on the V/TO. Once defined, communicate that Vision regularly with everyone in the organization to get it shared by all.
