I am thrilled to write this testimonial for Mark Whitmore of Lodestone True North, who has served my company as a business strategy consultant for the past five years. From the moment we engaged his services, Mark has consistently provided our firm with invaluable business clarity and focus, helping us navigate through various challenges and helping us maintain our focus on strategic growth.
What sets Mark’s services apart is not only his business strategy consulting, but also his genuine care and dedication towards our company. Over the years, Mark has gone above and beyond to understand our unique needs and goals, tailoring his approach to suit our specific circumstances. Mark’s ability to listen attentively and ask thought-provoking questions has allowed us to uncover hidden opportunities and address potential roadblocks with confidence.
Beyond Mark’s professional capabilities, he has become a trusted friend. His humility and down-to-earth nature have fostered a strong bond of trust and openness between us. He has always been approachable and willing to lend an ear, providing guidance and support even outside the scope of our formal engagements. His genuine concern for our success and well-being has made him an invaluable confidant.
One of the most remarkable qualities of Mark is his unwavering commitment to holding me accountable. He has consistently challenged me to push beyond my comfort zone and strive for excellence. His ability to provide constructive feedback and gently nudge me towards growth has been instrumental in my personal and professional development. I am grateful for his ability to strike the perfect balance between support and accountability, as it has undoubtedly contributed to our collective success.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Mark Whitmore to any organization seeking clarity, focus, and a trusted partner in their journey towards success. Mark’s expertise, care, humility, and accountability have made a profound impact on our business. I am grateful for the five years of collaboration and look forward to many more fruitful years ahead.

Mark and I have worked together for almost 8 years. Mark has been a mentor, facilitator, sounding board and friend who is always there when you need him. His truthful and direct feedback is always on point. His passion for making you a better person, better team member, and a better leader is relentless. Always challenging, yet very supportive.
Mark has been able to bring my leadership team closer by building trust and confidence in all of them. The team has been able to focus on the priorities that make a difference and let the distractions fall to the side. The team has also developed more accountability for themselves and our team members by staying on rhythm.

I hired Mark as an executive coach in January of 2021. What I liked most about Mark from the beginning is how he is as much of a life coach as he is business coach. We spend about ½ of our time each month looking at personal, family, legacy and wealth goals and ½ working on the business. Mark has helped me creatively work through areas where I have been stuck using different tools he has created, and is great to hold me accountable once I have decided on a course of action. I appreciate Mark’s approach to problem solving and value the time we spend together each month.

We’ve been utilizing Lodestone coaching for approximately three years. Before that time frame we already had a pretty well oiled machine, however the systems evaluation and the ability to see where we could use improvement is one of Mark Whitmore’s gifts. Specifically, we’ve been able to increase our personal time at the same time, keeping a close watchful eye on our financial aspect
Business and life require effort and evaluation, and in my opinion coaching is the very best way to do that.
I would highly recommend that anybody that wants to take their business from broken to smokin’ should utilize Lodestone coaching.

I have been in business for about 18 years I own and operate multiple companies. I have been working with Mark at Lodestone True North for approximately 1½ years. I was referred by another one of Mark’s clients – they spoke very highly of Mark. What I am about to say is based on the fact that I have had years of coaching prior to meeting Mark, some good and some bad. What I appreciate the most about Mark is that he is down to earth, no “might work” crazy theories. He is direct and truthful, which is hard to hear some of the time, but you know that is what has to happen to move you forward. He will roll up his sleeves and get right in there with you to helping you solve the problem and lastly he will say it can be done. It has been a total life line to me, my family, and our companies. It is really hard to put it in to words how far we have come in a just 1½ years! I can’t say enough good things about Mark!
